The Condos at Papakea
There are thousands of vacation condo rentals on Maui - in addition to thousands more hotel rooms and cottage rentals. With that kind of competition, success requires identifying a particular niche, and marketing it well. The goal for the client was for their website to set them apart by showcasing beautifully renovated oceanfront spaces, offered by owners with a commitment to the highest standard of hospitality.
The assignment - create an appealing platform to showcase individually owned properties, but with a unified theme at an affordable cost.
The details - Use a Wordpress platform with design elements focused on evoking serenity, luxury, and guest-centered hospitality. Offer site visitors the ability to browse the properties, check availability and contact the owners. A travel blog was added to engage potential guests, and links to social media extend the site's reach.
